Paul Miller is very responsive, very organized, and when you have a concern regarding the web page you get him and not any intermediary. We have looked to other vendors for comparable services and Paul has always been the one to rise to the surface. His pricing is extremely competitive and in this area, he has always come out on top as the most cost effective (for web page design, maintenance, and web page hosting costs) of any vendor we have interviewed. The Designsmith created our site about three years ago. As a group of IT professionals, some with large web development staffs, we could have done the work ourselves.
